Frontend Developer (Mobile application) (#426)

Our client's company is involved in the development and operation of smartphone applications for staff and sales representatives within our client's group’s staffing business. To further enhance functionality and ensure stable operations, we are seeking a partner engineer to help drive the project forward.
 

Job Description:
 

• Development of new smartphone app features (on a quarterly basis)

• General maintenance operations, including handling bugs and system issues

• Full-cycle involvement from estimation → requirements definition → design → implementation → testing → release

• The project primarily follows a waterfall model but also incorporates agile practices to adopt the most suitable approach for the team.
   

Technologies Used:
 

• Frontend: React, Monaca

• Backend: Spring Boot

• Database: Oracle

• Mobile/Cloud: Firebase
   

Requirement skills:
 

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Detailed Design

• Over 5 years of Web Development experience (Spring Boot experience is a plus)

• Over 3 years of development experience with Node.js Frameworks (React preferred; Vue.js or Next.js also acceptable)

• Practical experience with JavaScript-based languages

• Over 5 years of experience in Database Development 
   

Preferred:
 

• At least 2 years of experience in Smartphone App Development

• Task management skills (e.g., using JIRA, Backlog, etc.)

• Experience in reviewing Design Documents

• Experience in reviewing Source Code

• Over 3 years of experience in basic (high-level) design
   

【業務内容】
スマートフォンアプリの新機能開発（四半期ごと）、および保守運用・障害対応などの保守業務全般をご担当いただきます。
対応工程は、見積もり〜要件定義〜設計〜開発〜テスト〜リリースまで、一貫して携わっていただきます。
プロジェクト運営は基本的にウォーターフォール型を採用していますが、アジャイルの考え方も取り入れ、チームにとって最適な進め方を柔軟に選択しています。

【MUST】

• 経験 詳細設計の実務経験：3年以上
• Web系開発経験：5年以上（Spring Bootの経験があると尚良） Node.js
• 系開発経験：3年以上（React推奨、Vue.jsやNext.jsも可） JavaScript系言語の実務経験
• DB開発経験：5年以上（DBの種類は不問）

【WANT】 

• スマートフォンアプリ開発経験：2年以上
• タスク管理スキル（JIRA、Backlogなど）
• 設計書レビュー経験 ソースコードレビュー経験
• 基本設計：3年以上
