Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Officer to join our team clients. This role is essential in ensuring that all compliance activities, policies, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior experience in customer-facing departments, and the ability to assess business risks and support daily compliance operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute all compliance-related operations

Promote and embed a culture of compliance across the organization.

Handle regular reporting of compliance status and updates

Manage day-to-day compliance tasks, including but not limited to:

Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)

Conduct Risk Management

Data Privacy and Protection
-
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.
- Support in monitoring business operations for potential compliance risks and help implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience working in a customer-facing department or service-oriented environment

Proven ability to evaluate business risks and make sound decisions in a timely manner

Proficiency in business-level English (written and spoken)
- IT literacy, including the ability to efficiently create, manage, and analyze documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Japanese fluent is mandatory
- Interest or background in compliance, legal, or risk-related roles is a plus
