Insurance IT Project Manager (#418)

We are seeking a dynamic Systems Analyst / Project Manager to join our Team's clients. In this role, you will work closely with both business and technical teams to improve sales support systems, optimize processes, enhance the customer experience, and drive system development and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize business processes and improve the customer experience

• Maintain deep understanding of business workflows, use cases, and the products you support

• Coordinate and oversee system development, enhancements, and maintenance to ensure stable operations within the Squad

• Define and analyze new business needs, processes, and system requirements

• Support automation and standardization of business processes

• Explore new technologies and capabilities, and evaluate their alignment with the company’s strategy

• Prepare for and execute system releases, including required documentation, review processes, and occasional out-of-hours deployment (early morning/night)

• Act as the main contact point for business-related issues (Single Point of Contact) and help prioritize incident responses

• Work closely with developers to identify root causes of system issues and ensure resolution

Qualifications:
 

Technical Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based application development (open systems).

• Ability to analyze logs and basic code to troubleshoot and support development teams.
   

Business Knowledge:

• Understanding of life insurance sales support systems, ideally from a customer-centric perspective.

• Ability to act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with business and development teams.

• Japanese: Business level (required)

• English: Business level (preferred, especially for written communication such as emails and documentation)
