Senior Support Analyst / Lead (#416)

• Argus System Expertise:
  Strong understanding or experience with Argus Safety system, its configurations, and backend processes. Contribute to existing and new projects using your Argus experience.

• Japanese Language Proficiency:
  Ability to communicate and write in Japanese for liaising with Japanese clients for both new and ongoing projects.

• Configuration Expert:
  A specialist capable of handling configuration activities for multiple clients across the PVCoE (Pharmacovigilance Centre of Excellence).

• Project Contributions:
  Contribute to multiple projects, ensuring the safety system implementations are well-executed and meet client needs.

• SQL/PL-SQL Skills:
  Ability to perform updates and customizations to E2B systems, including pre-post save functions, ACs, etc., using SQL/PL-SQL.

• Safety Project Lifecycle Understanding:
  Deep understanding of the implementation lifecycle of safety projects and how to manage configurations across different projects.

• Service Delivery Management:
  Experience with service delivery management, with an in-depth understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes. Help in optimizing service delivery and suggesting process improvements.

• PostgreSQL Experience:
  Experience with PostgreSQL databases and using them to support system configurations and customizations.

• R&D Domain Knowledge:
  Understanding of the Research and Development (R&D) domain, including compliance and regulations.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Experience in managing stakeholders, analyzing and resolving tickets, and providing process improvements. Ability to make suggestions for process optimization.

• Independent Work & Communication:
  Ability to work independently with good communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Overall Experience:
  7-10 years of experience in the IT industry, with 2-3 years of core experience in the R&D or Safety domain.

• Safety Domain Knowledge:
  Strong knowledge and experience with Argus and related safety applications.

• ITIL Knowledge:
  In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and experience in service delivery management.

• SQL/PL-SQL Skills:
  Experience in SQL/PL-SQL for E2B customizations and other relevant database tasks.

• Safety/PV Experience:
  Experience in Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PV), particularly in the context of ITIL and service delivery management.

• R&D Compliance & Regulations:
  Understanding of R&D domain, industry compliance, and regulatory standards
