Job description
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead/Coordinator with a strong background in supply chain & logistics domain to lead the testing efforts for Manhattan Active WM and other cloud-based applications and platforms.
This role involves coordinating the overall testing program, ensuring seamless integration of warehouse management systems (WMS) with controlling systems, and executing test plans to deliver high-quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Testing Efforts:
Implement and manage testing efforts for Manhattan Active WM, Manhattan WMOS, or other WMS solutions. Ensure all platforms and applications meet required performance standards. -
API Validation & AWS Services:
Oversee API validation and testing, utilizing AWS services such as EC2, S3, SNS Topics, and Queues. -
Test Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and quality assurance processes. Oversee the execution of test cases to identify any software issues and work to resolve them. -
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with business and technical teams, including project development and program managers, to define project schedules and ensure timely delivery of releases. -
Warehouse Management Integration:
Coordinate the integration of Warehouse Management Systems with Warehouse Controlling Systems, ensuring smooth operational flow. -
Micro-Services Testing:
Manage testing of microservices, validating APIs/services both standalone and in integrated environments. -
Reporting:
Regularly report on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively. -
Team Leadership:
Lead the testing team, providing guidance and mentoring. Ensure the team follows best practices and the overall project’s testing requirements.
Skills & Experience:

Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in testing cross-functional applications within the supply chain and logistics domain, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). -
WMS Experience:
Expertise with Manhattan Active WM, Manhattan WMOS, or similar WMS platforms is required. -
API & AWS Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of API validation and hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Queues, and SNS Topics. -
Testing Methodologies:
Experience in developing and implementing test plans, quality assurance processes, and automated testing solutions. -
Business Understanding:
Strong understanding of retail order management systems and retail/wholesale business models.
