Techno-Functional Analyst (#414)

 This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to translate complex business needs into system solutions and support end-to-end requirement lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate complex business requirements into detailed use case specifications

• Track and manage requirements through the deployment lifecycle, identifying dependencies across use cases

• Understand system architecture and produce data flow diagrams, integration sequence diagrams, and user story sequence diagrams

• Integrate technical data mapping within functional specifications for system build clarity

• Conduct walkthroughs and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements

• Perform impact assessments of new requirements on the existing application landscape and document findings

• Support the testing team by ensuring test case coverage, identifying unique test data, and contributing to functional flow verification

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in requirements gathering or techno-functional analysis

• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment

• Proficiency in writing functional and technical specifications for IT system builds

• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and requirements gathering processes
