Job description

This role involves working closely with business users and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements for insurance-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirement gathering activities with minimal supervision from engagement managers

  • Design, plan, and facilitate requirement sessions with business stakeholders

  • Document user requirements clearly and systematically in a requirements specification document

  • Ensure traceability and validation of requirements, including managing changes effectively

  • Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to record and track requirements

  • Collaborate closely with business users to elicit and refine system requirements

  • Conduct walkthrough sessions with development and QA teams to explain business requirements

  • Support developers and testers by clarifying requirements throughout the development lifecycle

     

    Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in requirements gathering or business analysis

  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment

  • Proven experience writing system requirements for IT system development

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

  • Exposure to Agile-based requirement gathering processes

Language requirement

Japanese (Fluent), English (Fluent)
