Job description
This role involves working closely with business users and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements for insurance-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform requirement gathering activities with minimal supervision from engagement managers

Design, plan, and facilitate requirement sessions with business stakeholders
-
Document user requirements clearly and systematically in a requirements specification document
-
Ensure traceability and validation of requirements, including managing changes effectively

Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to record and track requirements
-
Collaborate closely with business users to elicit and refine system requirements
-
Conduct walkthrough sessions with development and QA teams to explain business requirements
-
Support developers and testers by clarifying requirements throughout the development lifecycle
Qualifications:
-
1 to 2 years of experience in requirements gathering or business analysis
-
Experience working in a multi-vendor environment
-
Proven experience writing system requirements for IT system development
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
-
Exposure to Agile-based requirement gathering processes
