Asset Liability Expert (#411)

The ALM team plays a critical role in optimizing the balance between assets and liabilities, aiming to maximize returns through sophisticated asset management and robust risk controls. As experts in asset and liability strategy, the team contributes to the development and implementation of strategic asset allocation and supports key operations related to Separate Account (SA) funds.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Plan and execute the selection and replacement of Separate Account (SA) funds.

• Monitor the ongoing performance of SA funds and provide insights for strategic decisions.

• Support the development of SA products and formulation of hedging strategies to manage minimum guarantee risks.

• Lead and coordinate the Unit Link Task Force, a key strategic meeting related to SA fund operations.

• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities related to Separate Account fund management and asset allocation.

Qualifications and Skills
 

• Proven experience and solid knowledge in asset management and fund investment.

• Ability to conduct in-depth research and propose effective solutions grounded in strong analysis and understanding.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and work effectively with executives, managers, team members, and external partners.

• Excellent data analysis capabilities and ability to interpret complex financial information.

• English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.

• Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
   
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
