Java Developer (#409)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Japanese Bilingual Software Engineer with strong experience in Java, and working knowledge of Backbone.js and CoffeeScript. This role requires the ability to work in a bilingual environment and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software using Java for backend systems.

• Work with Backbone.js and CoffeeScript for frontend modules and legacy code support.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Java development (Spring Boot or similar frameworks is a plus).

• Working experience with Backbone.js and CoffeeScript.

• Business-level Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
