Senior Solution Architect (#408)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solution Architect to define and deliver optimal IT solutions that align with business needs and IT strategy. You will work closely with product owners, enterprise architects, and platform architects to design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define appropriate and optimal IT solutions based on business needs captured through user stories provided by product owners.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with AXA’s IT strategy and roadmap, reusing existing IT assets to accelerate value delivery while minimizing waste and duplication.

• Identify key business capability gaps in partnership with Enterprise Architects, and ensure these are addressed in strategic and business planning within the tribe.

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to developers within squads to ensure effective solution implementation.

• Engage with Platform Architects when needed to gain insights into the company's core technologies and ensure compliance with architectural and technology standards.

• Champion IT strategy and architectural direction across different teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.

• At least 3 years of experience in architecture disciplines (Applications, Solution Design).

• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

• Solid understanding of software development, testing, change management, release processes, and project management methodologies.

• Hands-on technical experience with the ability to provide practical solutions.

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese is mandatory; business-level English is a plus.

• Ability to work cross-functionally across various teams and stakeholders.

• Strong alignment with and promotion of the IT strategy and roadmap.

• Proven ability to articulate IT architecture directions and foster collaboration.
