Data Migration Tester (#400)

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Tester with strong Japanese communication skills to lead the test design and execution for a major data migration project. This role requires both functional understanding and the ability to author detailed test scripts for engineering and IT system data comparison.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author and execute test scripts based on project requirements

• Compare datasets across legacy and new systems, identifying mismatches

• Proactively raise and track issues found during testing

• Understand detailed requirements and document them effectively

• Design, manage, and execute end-to-end test cases

• Coordinate with offshore teams, internal business users, and technical leads

• Ensure test accuracy and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PLM systems and software testing best practices

• Experience with Defect Management tools such as JIRA

• Strong communication in Japanese (N2/N1) – both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and take initiative on technical issues
