Data Migration Tester (#399)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Migration Tester to support engineering and IT system data validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying the integrity of data between legacy and new systems using standard validation techniques and ensuring all discrepancies are accurately logged and escalated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compare data across systems and formats to identify mismatches

• Raise issues for any data mismatches or inconsistencies

• Understand Engineering & IT systems at a basic to intermediate level

• Execute test cases with accuracy and report outcomes

• Work closely with offshore teams and business stakeholders

• Collaborate with teams to understand detailed testing requirements

• Prepare test data and perform execution within project timelines

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of PLM systems and software testing methodologies

• Experience with Defect Management tools like JIRA (preferred)

• Effective communication in Japanese (N3 or above)

• Team player with good attention to detail
