職務内容

新契約査定者として、環境リスクおよび医務リスクを的確に判断する業務を担当します。常に変化する新契約引受査定を担う部署で、迅速にお客様に証券を届けられるよう、共に工夫や改善を行っていただける方を求めています。

主な職務内容：

• 新契約引受査定およびその付随業務

• 不備削減の企画・立案・実行、新契約査定に関する業務改善、規定改定、マニュアル整備など
• 委託先の管理・監督

求めるスキル・経験

• 保険実務経験

• 査定経験があれば尚可

• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PPT）

• ビジネス上の電話対応スキル

• 前向きに取り組み、継続的に知識とスキルを高める意欲がある方

• 主体的に考え、行動できる方

• 自ら積極的に関係者とコミュニケーションを取り、周囲と協力できる方

• 英語ができれば尚可
   

  You will be responsible for accurately assessing environmental and medical risks related to new contracts. In a department that is constantly evolving, your role will involve contributing to improvements and innovations to ensure that we can deliver securities to the customers as quickly as possible.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Underwriting of new contracts and associated tasks

• Planning, drafting, and executing strategies to reduce deficiencies and improve operations related to new contract assessments

• Revising regulations and preparing/updating manuals

• Managing and supervising contractors to ensure smooth operations

• Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the insurance industry

• Appraisal experience is a plus

• Basic proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, PPT)

• Strong business telephone handling skills

• Positive, proactive attitude towards learning and improving knowledge and skills

• Ability to think and act independently

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Proficiency in English is a plus
