複雑な事務・医務処理を分析し、デジタル技術やAIを活用したDXを推進することで、正確・便利・迅速・簡単な支払プロセスを構築します。

また、海外の関係部門と連携し、グローバルな知見を吸収しながら、より良いプロセスを検討・導入していきます。
プロジェクト単位で業務を進めつつ、各プロジェクトの依存関係を考慮し、一貫性のある企画を遂行していただきます。

求めるスキル・経験

• ロジカルシンキング（論理的思考力）
• プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクト遂行能力
• 金融・保険業界の知識
• 企画部門での3年以上の業務経験（尚可）
• 語学力（日本語：意見交換が可能なレベル、英語：ビジネス会話レベル以上）

We are looking for a Claims Planning Specialist to optimize the payment process for insurance claims and benefits. In this role, you will analyze, leveraging digital transformation (DX), AI, and automation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic planning for claims payment processes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and convenience.
• Project management to implement digital and AI-driven solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with global teams to adopt best practices.
• Process optimization by identifying dependencies and ensuring consistency across initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Project management or project execution experience.
• Knowledge of finance or insurance industry practices.
• 3+ years of experience in a planning or strategy-focused role (preferred).
