IT Infrastructure Engineer (#389)

We are seeking a Distributed Engineer to work on both projects and BAU operations with expertise in Windows, Linux, and/or Database administration.
The role requires active participation and leadership in projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project and BAU operations as a Server Engineer.
• Ensure on-time, quality-driven, and budget-conscious delivery of server projects.
• Administer and manage Windows/Linux servers and databases.
• Oversee End-of-Service-Life (EOSL) management for servers.
• Collaborate closely with middleware, cloud broker teams, and global IT teams.
• Participate in cloud migration initiatives and system modernization.
• Lead major incident troubleshooting and system audits.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement updates.
• Manage and coordinate with offshore teams and external vendors to maintain service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in server engineering, OS, and database administration.
• Experience in Windows, Linux, and/or Database (SQL, DB2, Oracle, etc.) environments.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with both on-site and remote colleagues.
• Ability to work under intense pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams.
• Proactive in security, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with storage systems is a plus.
