Job description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Project Manager to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize business processes, enhancing customer experience.
  • Coordinate system development and maintenance to ensure smooth operations within the Squad.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes, workflows, and use cases related to your product.
  • Understand the product’s core capabilities, features, and limitations.
  • Support initiatives for process automation and standardization.
  • Identify new business needs and define system requirements.
  • Explore emerging technologies, assess their alignment with company strategy, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Manage release preparations, including document submission to Release Management and conducting implementation reviews—often during night or early morning hours.
  • Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders, prioritizing and addressing incidents while supporting developers in identifying and resolving root causes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience developing open applications on the cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills in log and code analysis for problem-solving.
  • Understanding of life insurance company sales support systems from a customer perspective.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both development teams and business stakeholders.
  • Language skills: Business-level Japanese and Business-level English.
