Job description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Project Manager to join our client's team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize business processes, enhancing customer experience.
- Coordinate system development and maintenance to ensure smooth operations within the Squad.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes, workflows, and use cases related to your product.
- Understand the product’s core capabilities, features, and limitations.
- Support initiatives for process automation and standardization.
- Identify new business needs and define system requirements.
- Explore emerging technologies, assess their alignment with company strategy, and propose innovative solutions.
- Manage release preparations, including document submission to Release Management and conducting implementation reviews—often during night or early morning hours.
- Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders, prioritizing and addressing incidents while supporting developers in identifying and resolving root causes.
Qualifications:
- Experience developing open applications on the cloud.
- Strong analytical skills in log and code analysis for problem-solving.
- Understanding of life insurance company sales support systems from a customer perspective.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both development teams and business stakeholders.
- Language skills: Business-level Japanese and Business-level English.
