Scrum Master/Agile Coach (#380)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead and guide our customer's teams in adopting and mastering Agile practices. In this role, you will act as a Servant Leader, transforming teams into their best versions while fostering collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports Team Transformation
• Coach the Product Owner to manage the team
• Facilitates Decision-Making and Workshops
• Actively participate in Agile and Scrum Master communities and promote involvement among team members
• Lead Transformation Beyond the Team

Required Skills & Experience:

Critical Leadership Competencies:

• Strong change leadership abilities and persuasive communication skills
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Expertise in coaching, teaching, and communication with diverse audiences (e.g., technical experts, product managers, department heads)

Mastery of Agile Practices:

• Deep understanding of coaching techniques and Agile coaching stances (listening, questioning, providing feedback)
• Expertise in Product Management techniques (Product Vision, Story Mapping, Product Backlog, etc.) and value-based prioritization
• In-depth knowledge of Agile project management methods and associated tools (visual management, Agile KPIs)
• Skilled in writing and refining User Stories, with familiarity in BDD/TDD practices being a plus
• Proficient in Scrum and Kanban practices, including facilitating rituals (daily standups, retrospectives, demos).
• Experience organizing workshops and facilitating collaborative team practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leading Agile transformations and scaling Agile practices across teams or organizations.
• Proven track record in coaching teams through complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.
