当社では、幅広い法務業務を担当する法務担当者を募集しています。以下の業務を中心に、社内外の法的支援を行い、会社の法的リスクを最小限に抑える役割を担っていただきます。

• 各種法律相談対応
• 契約書の審査・作成
• 訴訟対応、及びリスク管理
• 社外取引や提携に関する法務支援
• 社外弁護士との協議・連携
• 法改正への対応と法的リスクの評価
• コンプライアンス部門との協働
• 会社法、コーポレートガバナンスに関する法務業務全般
• その他法的アドバイス及びサポート

求めるスキル・経験

• 日本又は英米法系の弁護士資格をお持ちの方、またはそれに準じる法的知識を有する方が望ましい。
• 資格をお持ちでない場合は、法務・コンプライアンスに関する強いマインドセットと、法律問題を扱う部署での十分な業務経験が求められます。
• 保険・金融業界でのビジネス経験、またはこの分野で弁護士としてのアドバイス経験がある方は優遇。
• ビジネス英語力（特に読み書き）があり、業務上英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方。

• 複雑な法的問題に対し、実務的かつ迅速な対応ができる能力
• 他部門や外部パートナーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取る能力

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultations on a wide range of matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and draft contracts, including those related to external transactions and alliances.
• Respond to litigation matters, including managing disputes and representing the company’s interests.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including the Compliance team, to ensure legal alignment in corporate governance and operations.
• Offer legal support for strategic external transactions and partnerships.
• Consult with external attorneys to ensure proper legal strategy and guidance.
• Monitor and respond to legal revisions and updates relevant to the company’s operations.
• Assist with legal matters in the areas of corporate law, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of legal compliance and significant work experience in a legal department handling business law and related legal issues is required.
• Solid business experience and deep understanding in the Insurance and Finance sectors, or sufficient legal experience in these industries.
• Proficiency in business English, particularly reading and writing, with at least a willingness to communicate in English for business purposes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate law, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Ability to manage complex legal issues and provide actionable legal advice to senior management and stakeholders.
• A qualified lawyer in Japan or Anglo-American law is preferred, though not required.
