Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Middleware Lead Platform Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing middleware-related projects, building and provisioning middleware platforms, and managing the stabilization and troubleshooting of these platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep knowledge of middleware technologies, and expertise in application and infrastructure management in both cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Middleware Project Management: Lead and manage middleware-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.

Platform Building & Provisioning: Design, build, and provision middleware platforms to meet business and technical requirements, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Middleware Platform Release: Oversee the production release processes of middleware platforms, ensuring smooth deployments and minimal disruptions.

SSL Certificate Management: Manage and maintain SSL certificates for middleware applications and platforms, ensuring secure communication and data protection.

Platform Refresh: Manage version upgrades and product migrations, ensuring the middleware platform is always up-to-date and optimized for performance.

Platform Stabilization & Incident Resolution: Identify and implement actions to stabilize the middleware platform. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related incidents to ensure minimal downtime and operational impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT operations, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure the middleware platform meets performance and security requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Project Management Knowledge
- Middleware Technologies Knowledge
- Web+Java applications such as Apache, Jboss, and WebSphere.

Security Knowledge: Familiar with authentication, authorization, and encryption tools, including SiteMinder, AuthMinder, and SSL certificates.

Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of database technologies including Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Operating Systems Knowledge: Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Cloud Environment Knowledge: Basic knowledge of AWS and Private Cloud environments.

ITIL Knowledge: Basic understanding of ITIL practices for IT service management and operations.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
