Senior Business Analyst (#371)

• Collaborate with the operations team to define business processes and optimize customer experience.

• Work closely with the product owner to complete essential responsibilities.

• Coordinate system development and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

1. Collaborate with the Operations Team to Define and Optimize Business Processes

• Maintain knowledge of business processes, workflows, and use cases related to the assigned product.

• Understand core capabilities, functionalities, and limitations of the assigned product.

• Support automation and standardization of business processes.

• Identify new business needs and define system and operational requirements.

• Explore and evaluate new technologies and features that align with company strategy.

• Ensure efficient utilization of existing system assets.

2. Work Closely with the Product Owner to Fulfill Responsibilities

• Comply with required governance processes.

• Develop strategies for system implementation.

3. Coordinate System Development and Maintenance to Ensure Smooth Operations

• Prepare for releases (e.g., submitting approval documents for release management, conducting reviews) and support night-time or early-morning release activities.

• Act as the business-side contact, prioritizing incident resolution and supporting developers in identifying root causes and solving problems.
