Job description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 10 to 14 years of expertise to join our team. This position requires strong technical and business skills in Order to Cash workflows, EBS-Order Management, and Oracle E-Business Suite. The role is full onsite and does not require travel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese and will contribute to optimizing business processes and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Order to Cash Workflow Management:
- Lead and optimize the entire Order to Cash process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Analyze, design, and implement workflows to meet business and customer requirements.

EBS-Order Management & Oracle E-Business Suite:
- Act as a subject matter expert for EBS-Order Management and Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Identify areas of improvement, drive system enhancements, and ensure system alignment with business goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations, to align strategies and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both local and global teams, leveraging bilingual proficiency in Japanese (N1) and Business-level English.

Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company policies.

Team Leadership:
- Work within a team of 10+ members, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Order to Cash workflows.
- Expertise in EBS-Order Management and Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Fluency in Japanese (N1) and Business-level English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse team and stakeholders effectively.
