Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:
- Demonstrate requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from engagement management.
- Lead and organize requirements sessions, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved.
- Gather, clarify, and document business requirements through structured techniques and methods.

Documentation & Tracking:
- Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document that clearly outlines the objectives and needs.
- Write well-formed, validated requirements and ensure they align with business goals.
- Track and manage requirement changes, ensuring proper version control and communication with stakeholders.

Collaboration with Teams:
- Coordinate with business users for detailed requirements elicitation, ensuring all aspects of the business needs are covered.
- Facilitate explanation sessions with development and testing teams to ensure clear understanding of the requirements.
- Clarify any ambiguities or questions raised by development and testing teams related to requirements.

Tool Usage:
- Use appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to record, track, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the proper documentation of requirements, user stories, and feedback.

Agile Methodology:
- Work within an Agile framework to facilitate iterative development, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of requirements.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability in requirements gathering based on evolving needs in an Agile environment.
Qualifications (Mandatory):

Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in requirement gathering.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment, collaborating with different stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Experience in writing requirements for IT system builds, ensuring they are clear and actionable.

Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and experience in managing requirements within these platforms.
- Exposure to Agile requirements gathering techniques, including creating user stories and facilitating backlog grooming sessions.

Communication:
- Strong communication skills for working with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to explain and clarify requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
