Job description

The One Account Product Specialist is an Infrastructure position focused on the One Account migration project. The candidate will possess the following technical and project management skillsets:

  • Actively engage in a multi-year migration project to a global platform.
  • Have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and the ability to understand app dependencies.
  • Communicate with Application Owners in both English and Japanese.
  • Guide App Owners to migrate dependencies off Local AD onto the Global platform.
  • Follow Change Control procedures according to the industry standard ITIL Framework.
  • Collaborate with other project members as well as the larger Technology department in Japan and the larger global organization.

In the next 12 months, the role will transition from project focus to BAU operational support of the web-based account provisioning toolset.

Qualifications:

  1. Accreditation:

    • Experienced at least 1 year working in a global Enterprise Environment.
    • Working knowledge of the ITIL Foundation framework.
    • 1 year Project Management experience.

    • Adhere to the principles of continuous process improvement.
    • Working knowledge of industry-standard security best practices.
  4. Application of Skill/Knowledge:

    • Technical knowledge of Microsoft DNS, the Windows Server Operating System, Forefront Identity Manager, Certificate Services, the account creation process, familiarity with account attributes and Group Policy.
