・他社の動向調査、新商品の調査研究
・設計書システムの開発・運用

The Product Design Section is engaged in a wide range of tasks, including new product development, approval negotiations with the Financial Services Agency, and design document system development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Examine and Develop New Product Content: Contribute to the development and refinement of new products.
• Prepare Basic Documents: Draft terms and conditions, business methods, and other essential documents.
• Negotiate Approval: Engage with the Financial Services Agency to secure necessary approvals.
• Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends, research competitors, and explore new product opportunities.
• Develop and Operate: Participate in the ongoing development and management of products.

Job Qualifications:

• Basic Knowledge of Life Insurance.
• Independent Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle challenges and find solutions autonomously.
