Product Owner (#294)

We are looking for Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of RPA and Automation tools, such as UiPath and Microsoft PowerPlatform. As the Product Owner for Automation Products, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of these products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and drive the product roadmap to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business needs and objectives.
• Product Backlog Management: Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized and prioritized to reflect business value and urgency.
• Roadmap Development: Develop and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and strategy.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the core automation systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement and addressing technical debt.
• Vision and Communication: Clearly articulate the product vision and priorities to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Technical Debt Management: Monitor and manage technical debt, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maintain product quality.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably with experience in RPA and automation tools such as UiPath and Microsoft PowerPlatform.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the operation and development of RPA and automation systems. Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools.
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and product management best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey product vision and priorities.
• Analytical Mindset: Analytical approach with a focus on driving business value through data-driven decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Experience with RPA and automation tools, such as UiPath and Microsoft PowerPlatform, is highly desirable.
