Job description
The Sales Training Department is looking for an expert sales trainer with high expertise and training skills in the SME field, or a trainer (area training leader) who aims to become an expert sales trainer in the future.
In order to establish the business succession business model as a business and establish it as a brand, we are required to train recruiters who have the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out consulting tailored to the needs of companies. This is a specialized
position where you can utilize your own knowledge and experience to develop human resources who have a wide range of knowledge about corporate management, finance, labor, inheritance, etc. and can provide a one-stop service from consulting to closing for corporate managers regarding business succession.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage training for sales staff, sales department staff, and agents
- Understand sales results and plan and execute follow-up measures
- Analyze the situation on the sales field and propose to sales channels the prioritization of the necessary educational curriculum that can directly lead to results
- Plan, create, and supervise industry-leading training materials in cooperation with channels and groups within the Sales Training Department
- Collect information inside and outside the company. Providing internal advice on how to surpass competitors in the training field
- Working with related departments to respond to tax and other consultations for appropriate recruitment activities
- Actively proposing and providing information on know-how and skills related to sales training others
*The above immediate workforce is required for the Expert Sales Trainer position.
*For trainer positions, by performing the above duties under an actual Expert Sales Trainer, you will aim to become an Expert Sales Trainer who performs the duties independently in the future.
Required skills and Experience
- High presentation skills to ensure that participants understand and acquire the training content
- Ability to carry out role-playing
- High communication skills and leadership skills to plan training and thoroughly implement sales education
- A spirit of research and information gathering ability to constantly research new sales methods
- Hold any of the following 5 professional qualifications (or have equivalent qualifications and knowledge):
- CFP or 1st class FP technician
- Social insurance labor consultant
- Small and medium-sized enterprise management consultant
- Certified public accountant
- Tax accountant (subject passing is acceptable)
*For trainer positions, those currently studying to obtain 1 to 5 are also acceptable
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in the life insurance industry and knowledge of life insurance products
- Experience in consulting sales to corporations or as a trainer at a life insurance company
