Job description
Role Responsibilities
- Work with the team to define and optimize business processes
- Work closely with the Product Owner to complete Squad responsibilities
- Coordinate system development and maintenance to ensure smooth operation within the Squad
- Define and maintain knowledge of the business processes, workflows, and use cases of the supported product
- Understand the capabilities, features, and limitations of the supported product
- Support process automation and standardization
- Advise the business on the capabilities of software features
- Advise business users on optimizing business processes
- Elicit new needs through communication with business users
- Evaluate the value of new features and how they meet business needs
- Demonstrate the product, get business feedback, and optimize
- Create epics, user stories, and define expected outcomes for use cases
- Involved in creating and maintaining the Product Roadmap
- Evaluate the business value of backlog items
- Validate proposed solutions and designs
- Communicate and engage with business stakeholders on the activities
- Contribute to ensuring the quality of products and other deliverables
- Manage and monitor the Squad's budget and performance
- Follow company's governance process
- Vendor management as required
- Release preparation (e.g. submitting documentation to Release Management, conducting reviews, etc.)
- Create tickets in Silva and get approval in review meetings
- Handle incidents (single point of contact to the business), supporting Developers in finding and fixing root causes
- Create System Requirements Specifications (if required)
