IT Project Manager (#14)

We are seeking a bilingual IT Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies. The candidate will lead and manage IT and software-related projects while coordinating with stakeholders across Japan, offshore teams, and global teams in France.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT and software development projects from initiation to completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, support teams, and external vendors.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in Japan, offshore locations, and global teams in France.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.

Must-Have Experience

• Experience communicating with stakeholders in Japan, offshore teams, and global teams (especially France).

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft enterprise tools:

  • Active Directory (AD)

  • SCCM

  • Microsoft Intune

  • Windows Autopilot

  • Office 365

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Windows 10 environments

  • Microsoft Surface devices

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)

  • Azure Active Directory

  • Desktop virtualization

  • Modern Workplace environments

Required Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services.

• Azure Identity and Security.

• Group Policy and logon scripts.

• PowerShell scripting.

• Microsoft Intune and SCCM administration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT or Software Project Manager.

• Strong knowledge of software development and IT project methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
